Brook was one of the first institutional investors in Lexington Software Associates which merged with Interwoven a year after our original investment and went public the following year. Brook sold its position in a secondary public offering at over 10x invested capital. Interwoven was public until purchased by Autonomy, and in turn HP in 2009, today its products are offered under HP Marketing Optimization.
