We are prudent investors focused on reoccurring revenue businesses where the level of risk is deemed low in proportion to the return profile. Brook seeks high rewards for its capital, but we share the upside with management through unique incentives that reward management for growth and capital appreciation. Brook focuses on initial investments typically under $5 million, an inefficient market sector where we have established a track record and deal flow.
