Brook Portfolio Company Coronis Health Acquires AVEC Health Solutions & ML Medical Billing

Wakefield, MA – January 22, 2019 – Coronis Health, LLC announced today that it has completed the purchase of AVEC Health Solutions, LLC, a provider of revenue cycle and coding services for rural critical access hospitals. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, AVEC expands the Coronis offering to an under addressed segment of the market.

Coronis Health, LLC is also pleased to announce that it has also completed the purchase of ML Medical Billing, a provider of revenue cycle and credentialing services focused primarily on behavioral health. Headquartered in Northbrook, Illinois, ML Medical brings tremendous senior leadership through Adam Millstein as well as an additional India office located in Delhi, India.
