Investment Group Led by Brook Venture Partners Acquires Telematch From Gannett

Direct Marketing Veteran Peg Kuman Named CEO of Telematch, Inc.

Wakefield, MA – An investment group led by Brook Venture Partners announces today its acquisition of Telematch, Inc., a leading data and information management company specializing in data enhancement and the appending of consumer and business data.  Peg Kuman, a highly regarded direct marketing veteran and former Telematch client, has been named CEO.  Founded in 1980, Telematch provides a comprehensive package of database marketing services to numerous vertical markets in the direct marketing industry.  In addition to Kuman, the existing Telematch management team joins the new company.  Telematch will remain in its northern Virginia location.
