Brook Venture Sponsors Tech Gives Back; Join us for a day of service!

Boston, Mass. – September 10, 2014 – The Brook Venture team is proud to support Technology Underwriting the Greater Good (TUGG) with their 4th annual tech gives back day of service. Join the Brook team and over 2,000 tech leaders across the greater Boston area who will be volunteering their time to give back to the local community.

The Brook Venture team will be volunteering alongside other VC firms and local tech companies at the East Boston Greenway, one of over 50 volunteer sites.

Brook Venture is proud to not only participate but to be a sponsor of Tech Gives Back as the event aligns with Brook’s mission to be a value added partner within the tech community helping foster and grow tech companies, many of which are in the greater Boston area. Join Brook Venture, TUGG, and over 2,000 tech leaders in helping Tech Gives Back with their mission to bring attention to the tech ecosystem, build camaraderie, and catalyze a movement to give back to Boston.

What is Tech Gives Back?

2000 visionary entrepreneurs, investors and community supporters from the innovation ecosystem are taking the day off to give back to Boston, the city that gives to them. Individuals, small teams and large start-ups alike will be donating their time across 50 volunteer sites, giving almost 10,000 hours of volunteer service on the day. Boston Tech’s largest service is then capped off by an epic block party including free food, drink, live music, and support for six amazing new nonprofits.
