As a Vice President at Brook, Brian manages the due diligence process for companies under term sheet and oversees the legal process related to new investments and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Book, Brian was on the investment team at Next47 (Siemens Venture Capital) and was responsible for sourcing and evaluating startup companies in the areas of energy, transportation, and industrial automation. Brian received an MBA from Boston University, a BS in Business Administration from the University of Vermont, and is a CFA® charterholder.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys traveling, skiing, and playing guitar.
