Brook partner, Walter Beinecke managed the spin-out of AHP Billing from Anodyne Health Partners immediately prior to Anodyne’s acquisition by Athena Health. Walter and the Brook team were actively involved in helping the Company accelerate its organic growth, rapidly growing its revenue and employee base leading to an exit in 2010.
