Brook Venture Closes Acquisition of LW Robbins Company

Brook acquires LW Robbins Co., a leading provider of Direct Response Fundraising for US Not-for-Profit Organizations

Wakefield, MA–July 5, 2011 – Brook Venture Partners announced today that it has recently closed on the acquisition of LW Robbins Co., a Massachusetts-based provider of direct marketing and fundraising services to US-based nonprofit organizations. Brook acquired a majority of the business while the seller, WA Wilde Co, also retained a significant stake in the business. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

LW Robbins has provided award-winning, data-driven direct marketing fundraising programs to nonprofit clients for more than 40 years through both digital and print channels. Clients include national organizations such as American Cancer Society, American Health Assistance Foundation, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Special Olympics, The UN Refugee Agency, as well as regional clients such as the 44 food banks served by the Company.
