• Planning and analysis to ensure proper portfolio company management and optimization of cash flow and budgeting for growth.
• Brook builds and maintains all short-term operational and multi-year financial models and builds the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) each year along with the management team.
• Weekly dashboard reports are generated for management and all board members to follow the growth of the portfolio companies.
