Peter serves as the Chief Financial Officer to Brook, managing the firm’s financial reporting and treasury activities. In this capacity, he also works very closely with our portfolio companies’ management teams even serving as the part-time CFO at several. Most recently, he was CFO at New Hill Management, an international investment firm focusing on growth companies commercializing technologies in the U.K. Previously, he held financial management positions at East Hill a registered investment advisor, Polaris Venture Partners, and United Asset Management, an investment management holding company. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor and forensic accountant.
Peter currently holds an adjunct faculty position at Boston College where he teaches entrepreneurship in the MBA program. He is a board member of the Private Equity CFO Association’s Boston Chapter and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Peter holds a BS in Accounting from Saint John’s University and an MBA from Boston College.
Outside of the office, Peter enjoys golf and spending time with his family. He is also actively involved in coaching his children’s youth sports teams.
