As the manager of our firm’s accounting and operations, Nichole Guerrette’s expertise, integrity, and focus on continual improvement provide significant value to our firm.
Nichole is a graduate of Salem State College, where she earned a BS in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration. After serving as a staff accountant for S. Mullen & Associates, she joined Brook Venture in 2004 as the Manager of Administration & Finance. Upon receiving her MBA from Endicott College, she was promoted to her current role. Currently, Nichole’s scope of responsibilities include the preparation of financial statements and budgets; fulfilling our compliance requirements and regulatory reporting with the SBA; and overseeing annual audits of three funds and the SBA’s annual examinations. She also manages all treasury and human resource activities, including payroll and benefits.
Nichole enjoys the venture capital industry and the sense of accomplishment that comes with being part of a small team focused on creating value for our portfolio companies and investors. She takes satisfaction in serving our investors’ needs by providing them timely, accurate financial information about our firm and our portfolio companies.
Outside of the office, Nichole appreciates time outdoors—from biking, hiking, skiing, gardening to spending quality time with her family.
