The investment team consists of five investment professionals including the three General Partners of Brook Venture Partners. All are experienced professionals with excellent track records.

The performance of our portfolio companies is substantially due to the management team at each company however we attribute a portion of their success to the supportive oversight we render. Each member of our team brings different skills, foremost being our experience as investors in venture stage companies and our own operating experience. Each investment we make is led by one of the partners, with a designated backup partner that attends most meetings and is always current on what is happening . . . and can be reached should the responsible partner be unavailable.

When a company needs additional capital, our experience in commercial banking and investment banking leads us to explore other sources before resorting to equity. This has resulted in some instances in a postponement of a follow-on round that otherwise might have been prematurely dilutive.

When a company experiences difficulty, we are able to draw from our personal business leadership experience as well as our operating background to help. Additionally, one of the partners, Walter Beinecke, is an experienced President & CEO who provides hands-on management, sales and business development support to our companies.

When a Company needs experienced executives, frequently we have been able to introduce qualified people. And finally, when a company is ready to consider a sale or wishes to consider acquiring another companies, we can bring first hand experience that can help a company evaluate the risks and rewards before engaging professionals and when requested, we can provide that service.
