Brook Co-Investment Funds

Brook Venture partners also manages a group of special purpose Limited Partnerships through which we make specific investments in operating companies which do not meet the criteria for our fund, but are judged to be excellent investment opportunities.  These investments are typically made in expansion stage companies much like those of the funds, however in the case of the co-investment limited partnerships we are industry agnostic and open to many investment structures including but not limited to traditional venture investments, bridge investments, acquisition funding, and leveraged buyouts.
